Cerulean Noire Magazine is a new, [Electronic Book/Magazine] PDF magazine . . .featuring up and coming models, stylist, and fashion in an urban setting. We are busy writing articles for the first issue and plan to have it out by the end of September. The magazine might be offered for free, or sent to your email via PDF . . .You can, also view the magazine or download it on the "Magazine PDF" page. 

   So far, the magazine is dependent on social networking and local advertising to spread the word. We are based out of Fort Washington, MD - not far from Washington, DC . . .and provide the best talent from this area and abroad in the entertainment industry for up and coming fashion. We plan to travel across the country - looking for more talent per issue, but will stay rooted to the Washington DC/Baltimore region.
